A Retail and commercial development that carefully retains and celebrates the historic High Street brick façade, preserving its character and contribution to the streetscape. To the rear, the design introduces a contemporary interpretation of the original architectural language, including individualized quasi-gable forms articulated with brise-soleil to provide both sun control and visual rhythm.

The approach balances heritage preservation with modern commercial needs, creating a development that is functional, cost-effective, and visually engaging. By referencing the original façade while introducing subtle contemporary gestures, the project establishes a cohesive dialogue between past and present, enhancing both streetscape and interior experience.
