A 11-level, 146-key hotel, conceived as a contemporary urban landmark, integrating hospitality, wellness, and public life within a single, carefully articulated form. The development includes a restaurant, bar, and gym facilities, supporting an active and connected guest experience.
Guest rooms are generous in scale and designed around a palette of natural, tactile materials, creating calm, refined interiors that frame expansive views across the city and Hagley Park. Curved glazing softens the tower’s profile, enhancing outlooks while responding gracefully to the surrounding urban context.
The tower is enveloped in a symbolic korowai,, expressed through a finely detailed screen of bronze rods. This layered façade provides depth, shading, and identity, referencing protection, craftsmanship, and cultural narrative while lending the building a distinctive and memorable presence on the skyline.
