St. Heliers Residences

This project delivers three high-end, three-level townhouses in the prestigious St Heliers area, designed to maximise space, light, and privacy within tight planning constraints. The project required close collaboration with the developer, who was to occupy one of the dwellings, ensuring that internal configurations, circulation, and living arrangements met both practical needs and lifestyle expectations.
The architectural language is refined and contemporary, using a neutral-toned brick base for durability and warmth, anchored visually at street level, while darker vertical cladding on the upper floors adds verticality, contrast, and subtle articulation. The design balances privacy, outlook, and light penetration, creating interiors that feel generous despite site limitations.
Through careful planning and material selection, the townhouses achieve a harmonious composition that responds to context, reflects a high-end coastal aesthetic, and delivers contemporary, flexible living for both private and developer-led occupancy.
